15-4438 Bill 68 Amending Article 180B, Council of Youth, by modifying the composition of the board by changing the provision that five members shall be adults and be representative of youth organizations, interests or advocacy to eight and that the Department of Police designate a non-voting designee to the Council. The recommendation from the Council of Youth was to increase adult members by one to six; and to increase the youth members from 6 to 8.
