Agenda 1) Welcome 2) Pledge of Allegiance 3) Introduce everyone and welcome new members 4) Confirm dates and time of regular meetings (fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm beginning with our meeting on November 23, all in Council Chambers; everyone should check their calendars for any holidays or conflicts with Council or other City meetings scheduled for that day for the next 12 months and advise) 5) Any old business from our previous two meetings 6) New business, including: a) Discussion of any proposed funding or spending itemized in the City of Allentown's Budget for 2022 for anything related to youth following analysis to be submitted by Mr. Joe Hoffman at my request b) Discussion of how the City plans to spend any money received from the federal government through the American Rescue Plan Act and our recommendations for the same c) Discussion of proposed funding for and spending on any youth programs from any funds that may be allocated to the Council of Youth pursuant to the resolution or ordinance sponsored by Council Member Julio Guridy, including but not limited to suggestions made by Mr. Dan Bosket and myself at previous meetings (for Allentown PAL and Boys & Girls Club) d) any other new business
