Public Hearing City Council will consider for possible adoption an Ordinance amending the City of Allentown Zoning Map by rezoning a parcel at 1837 W Linden Street from R-M (Medium Density Residential District) to B-3 (Highway Business District.) Council will have a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers and may adopt this amendment to the Zoning Ordinance at the regularly scheduled Council Meeting at 6:30 pm immediately following this Public Hearing. Note that there are many legislative items that should be dealt with before the new year, a number of meetings will need to be scheduled.
