15-5255 R126 Approves two transfers: (1) $50,000 from Traffic Planning and Control to Complete the LED Street Lighting Conversion in the West End of Allentown - the funds were originally budgeted in 46 for design and construction which is now being done in house, the funds will be placed in an account to purchase materials; ; (2) $10,057.40 from Recycling & Solid Waste due to an increase in cost for Wi Fi Costs at the Yard Waste Site and additional fuel costs for the tub grinder and other equipment.
