Old Business Councilperson Siegel will be making a motion to remove Bill 39, ARPA funding for the Da Vinci Center and Bill 40, ARPA funding for Coca Cola Park, from the Special Committee and place them on the agenda of his Budget and Finance Committee meeting on September 28th.
