15-5484 R173 Authorization for a change order with Omnes LLC in the amount of $20,870.00 for a landscape architectural firm, to have on retainer, that will provide services that are inclusive of, but not be limited to, City-wide architectural design services, project management and project implementation for City owned and private properties. The initial sum as $50,000, the total sum will be for 70,870. The City anticipates future projects, in designing outdoor areas, landmarks, and structures to achieve aesthetic outcomes.
