    I am James Kacer 2244 S Poplar St. Allentown PA 18103. Myself and other neighbors directly across 12th Street from this proposed would like an opportunity to speak at this public hearing. The issues we would like to address are the absence of a landscape buffer along the 12th Street parking lot which is and will be in violation of zoning ordinance 660-76. Secondly the lot is being used as a truck terminal which we would like to see end.
