Authorization for Contract with Construction Master Services, LLC in the amount of $199,810.00 to reconstruct the sidewalks, ADA Ramps, diamond plate drains, Flagpole foundations, and curb as needed along Penn St. (adjacent to City Hall). The Contract term shall commence upon full execution and shall cease September 30, 2023. Upon written notification, this contract can be extended for up to an additional one (1) year beyond the contract expiration period, 2 bids received, one was rejected.
