Councilperson Zucal: Request to suspend the rules to introduce and vote on a resolution that: Supports Administrative and Legislative Action to prohibit after hours establishments except for restaurants and enforce the nuisance abatement law. Someone would need to make a motion to suspend Council RULE IV - AGENDA A. Submitting Agenda Items - relating to introducing legislation to introduce a resolution and refer the resolution to committee; you need four votes. The resolution would be referred to the Public Safety Committee. Have the Clerk read the bill into the record; ask for comments from the public; then refer the legislation to committee.
