15-6105 R133 Authorizes the submission of the formal application for a Pennsylvania DCED Emergency Solutions Grant in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) to benefit Lehigh Valley Regional Homeless Advisory Board members. This grant will allow sub-recipients to provide homeless services and resources to the region's homeless population.
