15-6386 Bill 103 Amending the 2023 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Twenty-Two Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Dollars ($ 22,340) from the United States Department of Justice Edward Byrne Memorial JAG Grant to the City of Allentown Police Department to utilize the funding for batteries to be used for speed control signs, solar panel kits and license plate readers.
