15-6619 R22 Authorizes the Administration to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Allentown Parknership, to utilize the organization's fundraising and planning capabilities to raise money to finance and manage capital improvement projects, manage construction, provide enhanced maintenance, provide programs and special events, coordinate volunteer activity, and to pursue such other authorized opportunities and address recognized needs, for the betterment of the city's parks.
