Approves the expenditure not to exceed $300,000 for the purpose of engaging a firm to examine procedures related to hiring, terminations, discipline, promotions, compliance with civil rights and discrimination statutes and the Charter's provisions of a merit based personnel system, and review of salary adjustment for city employees since January 1, 2022 in terms of compliance with the city personnel code as well as other state and federal employment statutes.
