Public comment during consideration of ordinances, resolutions and motions is limited by topic - your comments must be relevant to the subject matter of the proposed legislation. If you are speaking on behalf of yourself, you have three minutes and if you are speaking on behalf of a group that has several members present, you will be given five minutes.
