The intent of this invitation to bid if to secure a Contractor to demolish buildings and remediate the properties on an as needed basis and in accordance with the specifications referenced in Bid No. 2024-27. One bid was received; one (1) year contract that can be extended two (2) additional one (1) year terms, if pricing remains the same. Additionally, if necessary, the City reserves the right to extend the contract by three (3) months, in order to prevent a lapse in coverage.
