Councilperson Zucal would like to untable Bill 47, which was tabled at a Human Resources, Administration and Appointments Committee (Affa, Napoli, Santos) on May 15th. If the bill is untabled, the following amendment is suggested to clarify and allow council to extend the 120 day time frame: Add at the end of the proposed amdnement unless extended by Council to a date certain established by a resolution approved at a public meeting.
