Communications Fish Hatchery Bridge Project Presentation: CDR Maguire Engineering, working on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is in the process of preparing plans for the Fish Hatchery Road Bridge (SR 2010) over the Little Lehigh Creek. The project will involve a full superstructure replacement and is currently in the preliminary engineering. They are required to give a brief presentation on the project - today is the day. (Recheck on PC set up) Michael Baker Presentation: Suspension of the Rules to take Resolution 76 out of order. Someone needs to make a motion to suspend the rules to do so. The clerk takes the vote, reads the resolution into the record and Michael Baker is prepared to give a 10-minute presentation on the Walk Works Bike Plan. (Update to MB, ask about PC set-up) R76 A resolution of the City of Allentown approving the Walk Works Bike Plan for the City of Allentown. Adopting the Walk Works Bike Plan will provide the city with a clear, actionable path to create safer and more accessible options for walking, biking, using a wheelchair, and riding public transit. Suspension of the Rules:
