15-8240 Bill 10 Amending the 2026 Capital Fund Budget to provide for an increase of Three Hundred and Forty-Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars ($346,158.00) to partially fund the reconstruction on Lehigh and Union Street as part of the Pennsylvania Local Share Account Grant the City was awarded. This grant is fully reimbursable and once the project has been completed, the City will be reimbursed.
