15-8558 R89 Authorization for Contract with Traffic Planning and Design, Inc., in the amount of $299,943.00 to provide Construction Management, Inspection, and Documentation services for the City of Allentown's School Zone Improvement Project and 10th & Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Pedestrian Improvement Project. These projects include improvements at twenty-six (26) school zone locations and at the intersection of S 10th St & Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. funded through the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) Grant Program and the Carbon Reduction Program. Two (2) proposals were received. The Contract term shall commence upon full execution and shall cease three (3) years thereafter. Upon written agreement from the City, this contract may be extended for up to an additional two (2) one (1) year terms beyond the contract expiration period at the same annual terms of the initial term.
