15-8563 R91 Authorization for Contract with Penn Mount Stone, LLC in the amount of $108,127.00 to complete the replacement and repair of the existing flagstone landing surrounding the General Trexler Monument. This also includes the four flagstone steps on the left side of the platform. Four (4) bids were received, one was rejected. The contract shall commence upon full execution and shall cease six (6) months thereafter. This contract can be extended up to an additional six (6) months beyond the contract expiration period at the annual same terms of the initial term.
