15-3742 Bill 57 Amending the 2020 General Fund budget to accommodate the reorganization of positions - providing upgrades to 16 existing positions and adds 4 new positions (per the attachments) within the Bureau of Health in order to meet the requirements of the COVID-19 related grants the City is receiving and to operate more efficiently while taking on these additional responsibilities. The City will be receiving a total of Five Million ($5,000,000) Dollars in grants funds over the next three (3) years to support these changes.
