Council Strategy: Should Council have an overall effective strategy or tasks? Financial outlook, scope out major financial costs and ways to get at them - pensions, health care, payroll classifications and steps, implementing Novak steps. Study Commission on Form of Government: Should a charter question be passed that requires a full charter review and offers a set of recommendations to the electorate. Should we educate ourselves on possibilities first? Extend invitation to Local Gov't Agency in state to inform committee/council on options and procedures? Review any council procedures that would make council work easier.
