15-5802 R70 Commits to a "fair and equitable" transition to clean, renewable electricity for municipal operations as part of the City's commitment to a Climate Plan to mitigate Climate Change EAC recommended this amendment: WHEREAS, the Allentown Environmental Advisory Council has conducted a greenhouse gas inventory for the City showing that 2018 non-transportation energy use accounts for 43.77% of the City's carbon footprint; and
