15-5849 R83 Authorization for Contract with McMahon Associates, a Bowman Company, in the amount of $219,800 for improvements at seven existing signalized intersections and one new flashing warning device or traffic signal along Hanover Avenue to provide connection to the existing Downtown Traffic Signal System. This project is a part of a DCED Multimodal Transpiration Fund (MTF) grant. This was competitively bid, with multiple bidders; contract is for three years and upon written agreement, may be extended for up to an additional two (2) one (1) year periods.
