RESOLUTIONS FOR INTRODUCTION (Can be voted on or Referred to Committee): Councilperson Zucal is prepared to make a motion to suspend the rules and introduce Resolution 87 which Recommends 22.5M in ARPA funding: 11M for city capital and physical infrastructure to avoid tax increases and 10M in Housing for affordable housing, enhancing the city's housing stock, home ownership and rental legal assistance - funds to taken from unallocated fund and 10M the Mayor plans to use for operational expenses in 2023 and 2024.
