15-6054 R109 Authorization for Contract with McMahon Associates in the amount of $279,850 to perform services for the proposed improvements for the American Parkway Traffic Signals Improvement Project. This project is part of a Green Light-Go grant fund. There were four proposals, contract is for two years with the potential of a six months extension.

Ethics Provision: (3) Mandatory disclosure. Officials and employees who have had communications of any kind with individuals or entities seeking to do work for the City, or seeking to receive government funds, must disclose those communications to the City Clerk prior to the government taking action in designating who will conduct the service, receive the contract or receive the funds.
