Change to this: WHEREAS, the City of Allentown is desirous of leasing the property, located at 1126 Lehigh Street, Allentown, PA 18103 to Muhlenberg College for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2033, with a one (1) ten (10) year renewal option followed by one (1) nine (9) year eleven (11) month renewal term.
