15-6913 Bill 52 Amending the 2024 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a transfer of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars from the unappropriated balance to the Capital Needs Assessment capital account. These funds were awarded as a Strategic Management Planning Program (STMP) grant to conduct a Capital Needs Assessment, a Building Condition Assessment, and a Traffic Signal Condition Assessment.
