15-7152 R135 Authorization for Contract with USI Insurance Services, LLC in the amount of $30,000.00 per year totaling $150,000.00 for the initial five (5) year term to aid the City of Allentown in the management of the Total Cost of Risk (i.e. TCOR), to include but not limited to effective Auto Liability and Workers' Compensation Program (i.e. Program). There were three (3) proposals, contract shall be for five (5) years with one (1) year renewal beyond the contract expiration period.
