15-7373 R203 Authorization price increase of 10% or more for an existing Contract over $40,000.00, that was previously Bid and Awarded under City Policies, with James Duncan and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $31,965.00 that was previously bid for urban planning consultant to support the City of Allentown Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO) updated, and other City planning and zoning initiatives. The original contract was for $256,150.00, the addition would bring the contract to a new total of $288,115.00.
