15-7744 Bill 49 Amending the 2025 Capital Fund Budget to provide for an increase of Three Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Dollars ($384,000.00) to a newly created capital account and Ninety-Six Thousand Dollars ($96,000.00) from the unappropriated balance as a grant match for the Demonstration project. These upgrades are low-cost temporary safety improvement projects that will include installing speed cushions, round abouts, and line painting at key locations throughout the City. The City was awarded a Safe Streets and Roads for All Demonstration Grant and also includes the City's match portion.
