REPORTS FROM COMMITTEES: Public Hearing and Special Meeting, September 30 City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Bill 20, an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to allow the existing pocket neighborhood development option in the R-MP Zoning District and to revise the zoning map to apply the R-MP District to land east of South Ste Elmo Street and generally south of West Fairview Street on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 6:00 PM, followed by a Special Meeting at 7:00 PM to vote on the proposal. Public Hearing, October 21 Council will hold a Public Hearing on Bill 32, a petition to rezone various tracts of land in and around the Front Street - 51-97, 113, 115 and 210-221 North Front Street from B5 - Urban Commercial to B/LI Business Light Industrial on October 21 at 6:30 PM. The proposal will be on the agenda of the council meeting that follows.
